On June 14th, 2019, the company's shareholders meeting approved the amendments to the company's articles of association and the par value was also changed from NTD 10 per share to NTD 1. CWTC will strictly follow in accordance with the "Operating Procedures for the Issuance of Securities by Securities Companies" defined by OTC.
