CWTC

 

CWTC was established on December 24th, 2009, a subsidiary company of CWE. In the early stage, CWTC was dedicated in the development and production of LED lead frame and molding compound material, and became a public listed company on September 13th, 2016. (Code 6548).

In 2017, CWTC had acquired Singapore company SH Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.(SHAP), a subsidiary of Japanese company SH Materials Co., Ltd.(S.H.M), and expanded our business to semi-conductor metal lead frame industry, becoming leading manufacturer of global IC substrate.

In view of lead frame industry market trend and group strategic plan, October 2nd 2017, we had acquired 49% share of Ohkuchi Material (OM) in Japan under S.H.M.

CWTC has professional skills to pursuit perfections, familiar with precise molding design by strict control of all production processes.

We endeavor to mutually benefit with our customers, and manage our group with sustainability to create win-win situation for both employees and employer.

CWTC and all subsidiary have obtained IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 international quality standard certification and ISO 14001 environment management standard certification to manage our daily operation. Establishing a hierarchical, standardized quality and environmental management system. All certification are intact and valid. By means of the cycle of Plan, Execute, Audit and Improve to enhance ability of management, in order to offer a better environment and service to delight customers.

2021

  • Awarded by ASE for best supplier of Y2021.
  • BOD resolved to build a new plant with NTD. 390M to fulfill future operation expansion and capa demand.
  • Issued CB (Convertible Bond) at premium price and funded NTD 150 million.

2020

  • Awarded by TI for best supplier of Y2019.
  • Awarded by ASE for best supplier of Y2020.
  • BOD resolved to dispose of 44% of common stock of Ohkuchi Material co., Ltd.

2017

  • CWTC and mother company CWE has respectively signed a syndicated loan with Taiwan bank and other 6 banks for NTD 4 billion and 2.85 billion.
  • Offer new share in cash for totally 1,347,500 KNTD, bond issued at NTD245 premium per share.
  • In year 2017, acquired Singapore company SH Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.(SHAP) 100% share which is under Japanese company SH Materials Co., Ltd.(S.H.M)
  • Offer new share in cash for totally 2,400,000 KNTD, bond issued at NTD400 premium per share.

2016

  • Signed contract with SH Materials Co., Ltd.(S.H.M), together with mother company CWE, CWTC will buy 100% share of S.H.M’s subsidiary SH Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.(SHAP)

  • Acquired patent in Taiwan and China for “LED flat panel metal leadframe”.

  • Acquired patent for “Multi leadframe structure” in Taiwan and China.

  • Capital reduction to cover the deficit NTD132,943,950, and increase capital NTD90,000,000, issue price NTD10 for each share.

2010
